Antimicrobial potential of polyvinyl pyrollidone stabilized silver nanoparticles synthesized by Sphingobacterium multivorum

چکیده

The main objective of this study was to develop ecofriendly and stable silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) with antimicrobial potential. AgNPs were synthesized using Sphingobacterium multivorum supernatant characterized by UV-Visible spectrophotometric analysis, X-Ray Diffraction Transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared Dynamic Light scattering. Biosynthesized exhibited broad spectrum activity against both Gram-positive Gram-negative bacteria. Minimum inhibitory concentration detected 19.5 µg for E. coli S. aureus. have significant synergistic effect all the selected antibiotics. present demonstrated  a rapid, economic method synthesis further evaluation &nbsp
